Charger Challenge
Join us in supporting Cornerstone!
The “Charger Challenge” is Cornerstone Lutheran School’s annual fundraising event. It’s a great opportunity for exercise, school fellowship, and eating frozen custard!
This year we are walking four miles for our school on Friday, September 25. 100% of the money we raise goes to our school!
Please consider sponsoring our students!
This Year’s Goal is $55,000
The money raised will go towards enhancing our student's educational experience. We hope to raise money for:
Giving each teacher additional funds to be used above and beyond their field trip budget.
A Minnesota Zoo trip for the entire school.
A roller skating unit for grades K-8 and math club for grades K-5.
Have activities that bring both the Hilltop and Hillside campuses together and more!
These funds also allow for PTF programming to happen throughout the entire school year!
How To Give To Cornerstone!
You can safely and conveniently give toward the Charger Challenge online using Zeffy, our new online giving platform.
Zeffy covers all fees (including credit card fees). This platform is free for Cornerstone and other nonprofits to use. To cover their costs, Zeffy will ask you for an additional donation at the end of your transaction. If you would like to send money only to Cornerstone select “other” and enter $0.00 under “confirm your donation”. Zeffy will still send 100% of your gift to Cornerstone.
However, Zeffy relies on people like us for their support, so feel free to throw a few dollars their way for letting us use this awesome platform to further Cornerstone’s mission.
You can also always donate by sending a check to the Cornerstone office, but know that the deadline to sponsor students Friday, September 18, at midnight!
Of course we will still accept late donations, but the committee cannot guarantee that the donations will get credited to the particular students the donor is sponsoring, which makes a difference for prizes.
