Cornerstone Lutheran School

(Formerly Mt. Olive Lutheran School)

Cornerstone Lutheran School is the newly formed school entity jointly shared and supported by Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Peace Lutheran Church, and Eagle Lake Lutheran Church. Through this partnership, the three congregations are united in their commitment to provide Christ-centered education, shared governance, and long-term sustainability for the school. Cornerstone Lutheran School represents a collaborative ministry built on a shared mission, while working together to serve students and families now and into the future.

You may see older communications labeled with “NewCo,” which was our placeholder name until the new name of the school was announced.

Financial Aid

An exceptional education should be within reach. Financial aid packages are available for the 2026–2027 school year. We invite every family to consider a Christ-centered, academically excellent education, and to explore the support available to make it possible. Contact us to learn more.

Once you have completed the Enrollment packet, you can then complete a Financial Aid application by logging into your Financial Account. If you have never done this before, you will need to create a New Account.

Once your account is created. You will be able to complete the Financial Aid Application. It does not take long to complete if you have all of the needed documentation or you decide to complete the IRS Integration.

All families interested in any financial aid should apply through FACTS. If you are not interested in accepting financial aid you may choose to forgo the financial aid program application. Payment plans are also offered through FACTS.

The financial aid from member contribution support is available only for members of the association congregations. To maximize this amount, enroll and apply for aid as early as possible. Your estimated financial aid package should be ready in April 2026. This can only lower your out-of-pocket costs, it can never increase them.

*Certain tuition supports are available to members of the association congregations (Mount Olive Lutheran Church, Peace Lutheran Church, Eagle Lake Lutheran Church), and we warmly welcome any family interested in learning more about congregational membership to join us.

Care Share

Sharing Christ’s Care Through Christian Education

At Cornerstone Lutheran School, we believe every child should have the opportunity to receive a Christ-centered education. Care Share (View PDF) is a ministry of Christian compassion and support that helps families access and remain connected to Lutheran education when financial circumstances create challenges. Whether facing a temporary hardship, adjusting to tuition costs, transitioning into our school community, or navigating other financial pressures, families may find assistance through Care Share.

Supported by the generosity of donors, congregations, and friends of Cornerstone, Care Share reflects the biblical calling to bear one another’s burdens. Through faithful stewardship of these gifts, the program helps make Christian education accessible and sustainable for families seeking a Christ-centered learning environment for their children.

How Care Share Helps

Care Share provides supplemental educational support for families facing a variety of circumstances, including:

  • Tuition pressures that may impact continued enrollment

  • Multiple children enrolled in Christian education

  • Relocation or transition into the community

  • Temporary financial hardship

  • Job loss or reduced income

  • Medical challenges or family emergencies

  • Other circumstances that may affect a family’s ability to access or remain in a Christ-centered educational environment

A Thoughtful and Confidential Process

Care Share works alongside Cornerstone’s regular FACTS tuition assistance process. Families are generally encouraged to complete the FACTS application first, allowing available resources to be distributed fairly and responsibly.

All requests are reviewed confidentially and prayerfully, with a commitment to Christian care and faithful stewardship of donor-supported resources. Care Share helps families overcome financial barriers so students can remain connected to the faith, learning, and community found in Christian education.

Because Care Share is funded through voluntary contributions, assistance is based on demonstrated need and the availability of program funds.
